This Art Print/Poster of BODIE, CALIFORNIA, the ghost town, is from my original pencil illustration.
 
These buildings, the Dechambeau Hotel and the I.O.O.F. building, are among the more iconic ones of Bodie that are still standing today. There’s a ghost in one of the windows, can you see it :) …I put a ghost in all of my Bodie drawings, for fun (see my other listings for the ghost of Rosa May).
 
The colors of the print are sepia tone with blue, yellow, rust red, and golden highlights.
 
I made this print with a white border so that you can either place it in an 8x10 picture frame without mat, or an 8.5x11 or larger picture frame, using your mat. (Shown with frame, not included).
 
For 8x10 frames, just place the glass around the image and draw a pencil line, then cut that line. If you want to place in 8.5x11 frame, there would be plenty of room for a mat.
 
The print is on thick, 110 lb. felt quality poster paper, which looks a little like canvas, and is suitable for framing, with or without mat, in a standard picture or poster frame. (Frame and mat not included. Picture frames are widely available at most department stores.) The print will be shipped flat, as it is not bendable for a tube, with a protective sleeve.
